1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging SSOCIAL’s services or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services
SSOCIAL provides:

  • Meta/Facebook advertising management

  • Lead generation system setup

  • Automation and booking systems

  • Social media management

  • Strategy consulting

Scope of services will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

3. No Guaranteed Results
While we strive to improve lead quality and performance, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific revenue outcomes

  • A fixed number of leads

  • A guaranteed return on ad spend

Performance depends on market conditions, offer quality, competition, and other external factors.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Provide timely access to required platforms

  • Respond promptly to communication

  • Approve creative and campaign assets

  • Honour booked discovery calls

Delays from the client may impact performance.

5. Payments

  • Fees are outlined in your service agreement.

  • Payments must be made on time.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Advertising spend is separate from management fees unless otherwise agreed.
     

6. Intellectual Property
All creative assets, systems, and strategies developed by SSOCIAL remain the intellectual property of SSOCIAL unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, clients may use approved assets for their business.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SSOCIAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

  • Advertising performance

  • Platform changes

  • Technical outages

  • Client mismanagement of leads

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement.
Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be published on our website.
